Mrs. Freda Robinson attended the University of Michigan and majored in Business Management. She has over 13 years managerial experience and held major management roles for companies such as Bank of America, Washington Mutual, and HomeSide Lending. She has over 8 years of experience as a corporate trainer and management development trainer. She has contributed to the development of over 80 successful managers within the previous organization.
Freda is uniquely position as one of the best realtor in North Carolina; this is due to her 13 years of mortgage servicing experience at some of the nation top mortgage lenders coupled with extensive real estate expertise. She understands both side of the business; this in turn allows her to educate her clients on the process of obtaining a home and keep that home.
Freda is a certified Realtor and Broker. She also posses certifications in the following: How to Lead a Team, Adult Learning Styles, Needs Assessment and Writing Objective, Valuing Diversity, Enhancing Customer Service, Skills for Supervisor, DTA Certification Series, Presentation Skills, Train the Trainer, Certified Business Professional in Leadership, and Certified Business Professional in Customer Service.
She was awarded #1 trainer for 5 consecutive years with HomeSide Lending. In 2000 she was presented with the Successful Training Technique Award.
Mrs. Robinson is a leader in her church where she serves as District Leader and an Usher. She often credits her success to God. Mrs. Robinson is constantly volunteering in her community. She is married and has 4 children. She gets her biggest enjoyment from spending time with her family.
She is a member of National Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, the Big Sister Club, and the Capital City Club.
