Kathleen Bianco, B.A., M.S., joined Giga-Net in 2008 as an Executive Staffing Consultant.  She is a strategic and creative staffing and training professional with over 13 years of experience working within high-caliber sales and recruiting organizations.  She believes “Find something you love to do and you’ll never work another day in your life.  Making a positive impact on someone’s life is what drives me as a recruiter.”

Kathleen has extensive full-life cycle recruiting experience including client management, marketing, recruiting, sourcing, screening, offer presentation and closing.  Over the years she has coordinated and organized sales seminars and promotional events in conjunction with the news media that promoted sales and generated new business.  In addition, she has designed, written, and produced creative promotional materials including letters, ads, news releases, feature articles, brochures and event commentaries.

Kathleen’s mantra as an Executive Recruiter is: “You’re only as good as the people you hire.  Success is not measured by what others have done for you, but what you have done for others.  With great talent, comes great moral obligation.” She believes that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint - and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service and working hard.  “Getting ahead in a difficult profession requires avid faith in yourself--Attitude is everything.  Greatness comes from ordinary people who dare to live extraordinary lives and those that dare to climb the highest peaks.”

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts, double degree in Business and Communication with a minor Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Business, both from Carlow College.  Throughout the span of her career, she has attained numerous award certificates for successful completion training programs and continuation education seminars in sales, negotiation, recruiting, training, corporate ethics and time management.

Kathleen resides in Cary, NC with her family and two dogs, Bella and Tosca and cat, Diva.  She is a lover of the arts in all forms, whether it be the Opera, Symphony, an art gallery opening or exhibit at the museum.  In her spare time she enjoys travel, volunteer work, writing, painting and cooking.
