Veterrica Winston is the Account Manager with Giga-Net Training Solutions where she assists in the development and maintenance of weekly workshops and training accounts. Her professional experience encompasses customer service, administration and management. Veterrica has over three years of telemarketing experience and two years in management. She was a marketing sales representative for Vector Marketing and has supervised two Jr. Teams while in customer relations. Verterrica is passionate about working with business professionals and educating them on the various training and certification processes that Giga-Net provides.
Ms. Winston received her Customer Service Certification in 2004, is certified in CPR and First Aid - just in case you lose your breath after training, it has been known to WOW attendees. She is currently attending Wake Technical Community College where she is working towards her Associates Degree in Administration.
Veterrica is a member of PCC Philippians Community church and participates in the organization Yams (Young adult Ministers). She enjoys church activities, shopping, spending time with her son and walking.
