At the client’s request, every employee of Giga-Net Staffing Solutions will undergo a thorough background check and/or drug screening. Giga-Net Staffing Solutions is dedicated to providing quality staffing services to our clients in temporary, temp-to-perm and permanent placement positions.
Fully-Funded In-House Payroll Program
Giga-Net Staffing Solutions has established an extensive line of credit and funds payroll on a weekly basis, which means your employees, will be paid in-full and on time, every time.
Testing
Giga-Net Staffing Solutions has an on-site testing center that is capable of giving assessment testing to all potential candidates. The test can be used to determine the specific area of expertise that candiates possess.
Orientation
All employees are required to attend a mandatory seminar on employer as well as Giga-Net Staffing Solutions expectations. In addition, for those employees placed on a large account, we provide an orientation program designed specifically for that facility.
Retention
