ServSafe® Food & Alcohol Safety Training & Certification
This course teaches the food preparation principles restaurant workers need to be aware of how to reduce the risk of food borne illnesses, and the necessary requirement for fulfilling North Carolina’s statutory certification. The ServSafe program is recognized and accepted by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program.
The ServSafe manager’s training includes updates from the 2005 FDA Food Code, science-based information, industry best practices and instructional design concepts.
You are required to study the Essentials book before attending class. A two hour review, questions and answers session is given on the last day of training. The student is also required to take the certification exam on the last day of training. You MUST bring your book to class. If you need one, contact a representative at 919-677-9428.
We also provide private training. We will travel to your location and train your employees on-site. Please contact a training representative for more information on this customized training.
We offer the new alcohol training.
